The Second largest group of Halls of Fame are there so the people who created it can place their names and some friends names in the list along with the names of some major personalities to whom they give memberships, to again give them some delusion of credibility, and to further boost their own egos.

    The Third largest grooup of Halls of Fame are popularity contests.  Just about anyone is allowed to vote, and determination of membership is based on popularity and not on merit or dedication to the martial arts.

     Individuals who are listed here didn't buy their way in. They aren't here because of a popularity contest vote. They aren't here so their names can give some delusional credibility to people who started the hall to enhance their own egos by alleged association. The people in this Hall of Fame earned their place here by being there and doing it during the Blood and Guts hey days of rough and tough TEXAS KARATE.  Some are known karate celebrities, but they were part of Texas Blood and Guts Karate.  Others aren't so celebrated, but you can bet they won't be here unless they paid their dues in the Blood and Guts era of Texas Karate.
